Emilia's Bucatini

Straight from Emilia's restaurants in London the award winning thick Bucatini is a  spaghetti-like pasta characterized by a hole running through the centre resulting in a thicker overall shape than spaghetti, and it is popular throughout Lazio, particularly in Rome. The name originates from the Italian word ‘buco’, meaning ‘hole’.
